An Event Room is a virtual command center that serves as a centralized source of truth for all information related to a specific event or disruption. It allows stakeholders to collaborate and work together on important action steps, analyze the impact of critical events, and optimize their responses through traceable actions and dynamic playbooks.
Where do I find an Event Room?
Log in with your iluminr credentials.
On the Home screen, select Current Events or on the vertical menu, click Event Rooms. If no event is in progress, see How do I create an event?

Documents: access key files and resources to aid your response
Information Board: learn about the situation with facts, assumptions and issues
Assess the situation: conduct incident assessments and impact assessments
Event Tasks: create, assign and complete tasks for this particular disruption
Activate a Playbook: leverage predetermined activities to guide your response
Playbook Tasks: utilise the multiple playbook views to work efficiently and effectively
Send Communications: collect information, update stakeholders, or bring the team together to support your response
Share Report: provide a read-only view of the situation to key stakeholders
