How can I access messages from the Event Room?
In light of the recent latest iluminr update, you might be asking yourself, "Where is the button in the Event Room that allows me to view messages specific to that event?"
You have two options:
access an event-specific view (see detailed guide below)
navigate to the Communications Dashboard from the vertical menu to see all messages, and utilise filters as required.
Where can I access an event-specific Communications Dashboard?
Log in with your credentials.
In the vertical menu, select the Event Rooms tab or from the Home page, select Current Events
Click the Event Card with the corresponding event name.

In the event room, select the Communication icon.
This will take you to a view, which will display all messages sent from within that event.
