Microsoft Teams Meetings

When sending any notification type (Open reply broadcast, Closed reply broadcast, Poll,

Team Activation) you can generate and insert a Microsoft Teams meeting link by selecting the Toggle "Include MS Teams Meeting" in the compose section of the Notify Contacts slider.

This will create a new Unique meeting link, similar to "Meet Now" in Microsoft Teams app, and include the link in your notification. Any recipient who receives this link can then join the MS Teams Meeting.

Any delivery channel supports the sending of a MS Teams meeting link, MS Teams and Email will include an easy to use embedded button, that when clicked by a recipient will take them to your new meeting room in MS Teams.

SMS recipients will receive a MS Teams text link, that can also be clicked in most smart phones and will open MS Teams (in the app on their handset, if installed) or via their smart phone's default browser.
