How do I create a new Role Set?
Log in with your credentials.
Optional: If you have not already created a Contact Group, you need to create one first. Learn more at How do I create a new Contact Group?
Once the new Contact Group is created, it now needs to be associated with a Role Set/s in order for Users of that Role to be able to select that Contact Group from within Notify Contacts.
In the vertical menu, click the Settings icon
On the left-hand side, under Configuration, select Role Sets
Click Add + button
Complete the Role Name, Description, ensure the relevant Access Levels checkboxes are selected, and click the Submit button.
The Role Set will now appear in the People Library. Learn more at How do I see all Users of a Role Set?.
Congratulations, you have successfully created a new role set!
