What are Teams?

A team consists of a number of roles, these roles are customised for you and based on the roles within your Response Team. Mapped against these roles are your iluminr Users. They can act as either a primary or secondary role holder. Learn more a 1. People Management - Role Sets.


Can I have multiple Teams?

iluminr can have one or many response teams. These teams may represent the levels of activation based on the severity of an incident or may be incident-specific response teams (i.e. a Cyber Breach Response Team, Covid-19 Response Team, or APAC Crisis Management Team).


How do I see all Users in a Team?

  1. Visit https://login.catalysttech.co.

  2. Log in with your iluminr credentials.

  3. Click the library icon.

  4. Click the People tab.

  5. Under the Teams section select the relevant Team Card.

  6. You will now see all of the Users, who belong to this Team.


How do I create a new Team?

  1. Visit https://login.catalysttech.co.

  2. Log in with your iluminr credentials.

  3. Click the library icon.

  4. Click the People tab.

  5. Under the Teams section, select + Add New button.

  6. Enter the name of the Team and click the Tick icon.

Congratulations, you have successfully created a new team!


How do I edit a Team name?

  1. Visit https://login.catalysttech.co.

  2. Log in with your iluminr credentials.

  3. Click the library icon.

  4. Click the People tab.

  5. Under the Teams section select the relevant Team Card.

  6. Click the Pencil icon to edit the Team name.

  7. Update the Team name and click the Tick icon.


How do I delete a Team?

  1. Visit https://login.catalysttech.co.

  2. Log in with your iluminr credentials.

  3. Click the library icon.

  4. Click the People tab.

  5. Under the Teams section select the relevant Team Card.

  6. Click the Rubbish Bin icon to delete the Team.


Why can't I delete a Team?

When your iluminr account was first established, you were set up with at least one primary Team. This original team forms the core of your iluminr instance and therefore, cannot be deleted.


How do I assign an existing Role Set to a Team?

  1. Visit https://login.catalysttech.co.

  2. Log in with your iluminr credentials.

  3. Click the library icon.

  4. Click the People tab.

  5. Under the Teams section select the relevant Team Card that you want to add Users to.

  6. Click + Manage Members.

  7. Select the Role/s that you wish to have the Team and click Save.
